Jonathan A. Segal is partner in the Employment Group at Duane Morris. A recovering litigator, Jonathan's practice focuses on maximizing compliance and minimizing risk with an eye toward enhancing organizational culture. Particular areas of emphasis include: hiring and recruiting; performance management; pay equity; and harassment prevention and remediation. Jonathan is an active member of SHRM and graduated with honors from both the University of Pennsylvania College and its School of Law. Jonathan has trained federal judges on employment issues for more than 20 years. Jonathan was appointed by the EEOC to its Select Task Force on Harassment. Jonathan's long-term goal is to tour with Bruce Springsteen as a member of his band.
