Bonnie Dubin has been entertaining audiences for over 30 years.  She came to the Healthcare arena 12 years ago from the corporate training world.  Bonnie is the Willis-Knighton Health System Director of Recruiting, Development and Engagement.  Along with leading the WK Recruiting team, she teaches 8,000 employees how to best use their soft skills.  Bonnie has been a member of the National Speakers Association and the Association for Talent Development.  She is married, has three grown children and three grandchildren.
