Review the factors that have helped keep the Maryland Association for Health Care Recruitment one of the most successful chapters within the NAHCR association. MAHCR leaders believe they have been successful due to chapter structure, depth of leadership and ability to adapt. This presentation will outline ideas and tactics used by MAHCR to continually engage their members and achieve association milestones, significant accomplishments, such as Gold status on 2017 & 2018 & Platinum status in 2019 and 2020. We also have year after year success in community outreach, scholarship awards, and sold-out annual conferences.
