What is the virtual exhibit hall, how does it work, and how do exhibitors interact with attendees? 

The virtual exhibit hall is accessible from the virtual conference landing page, and includes a space for your company name, logo, description, website and a one-minute video ad. Embedded in your company’s “spot” in the exhibit hall is a chat, which will go live during designated breaks with exhibitors within the program. There are 160 minutes designated for exhibitor chats over the 3-day virtual conference. These chats are the best way for attendees and exhibitors to interact during the virtual conference.

Our company is sponsoring a concurrent session, can we purchase an additional sponsorship? 

Yes! Concurrent session sponsors are welcome to add the exclusive registration or exhibit hall sponsorship, or the virtual happy hour or vendor demo.  

What is the virtual happy hour? 

Three sponsoring companies will host a virtual happy hour, with video and chat capabilities on DATE, TIME. We ask each company to choose a “hot” conversation topic to encourage attendees to join and get the conversation going. This is a great opportunity to connect with attendees and build quality connections.  

What do I get with the vendor demo? 

There are four 15-minute vendor demos available, Wednesday and Thursday at 10am or 10:15am. These vendor demos are your company’s chance to showcase hot topics or products, with no other sessions running at the same time. The presenter will share their screen, so there is no need to send materials in advance. 

This is an add-on opportunity, and must be combined with another sponsorship or the virtual exhibit booth only option.  

What should I provide as a giveaway?

Exhibitors and sponsors are encouraged to provide a prize to giveaway during the breaks, such as a virtual gift card that can be emailed to the winner, or a product your company ships to the winner.
