Interested in best practices from fellow recruiters in the long term care industry as well as other healthcare groups, and a support network!

What is your favorite benefit of NACHR?
The list serve has become a favorite these days, as way to connect with others and see questions and answers I may not have thought about!

What areas do you recruit?
I facilitate recruiting at the nursing home community level for all positions. If a TA leader, how many direct reports do you have? I am the leader but have no reports! We are not centralized.

How many sites do they recruit for?
80 sites

What do you love most about your job?
Connecting candidates with our facilities. Empowering our facilities to use best practices to improve their
recruiting efforts.
