Rachel Neill
 has worked in the healthcare industry for almost two decades. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing, a clinical background with over a decade in PICU and surgery, and additional experience in quality improvement, education, and leadership. She’s driven by a mission to create people-focused process improvement.

Tim Needham serves as SVP of Client Development for Vivian Health, leading go-to-market strategy and ensuring that our healthcare employers improve their talent acquisition resiliency through Vivian's platform.
