Speaker Bio: Talia Rozensher is a Senior Manager in PwC's Workforce Transformation practice. With over fifteen years of experience, she has been focused on HR and talent benchmarking and helping organizations identify their strengths, highlight areas for improvement, and determine channels for enhancing the engagement, organizational effectiveness, and efficiencies of their workforce and customers. Talia currently oversees PwC’s Saratoga benchmarking program which provides hundreds of HR and workforce benchmarks in over 20 major industries. In this role, Talia manages the operations, metric design and implementation, benchmark calculations, sales, marketing, and future transformation plans for the program. Talia has also spent over five years managing, designing, and executing experience and satisfaction surveys to thousands of employees and customers for organizations across a range of industries.
