Why are you interested in serving on the NAHCR Board of Directors? I believe my skills and expertise, with a fresh mindset, will add exceptional value to the Board. The partnerships and connections I have built over the 10+ years will expand the NAHCR's marketing and communications efforts by providing innovative ideas, empowering our teams and members, and provide exceptional expertise to ensure the Board's continued success.

From your perspective, what are the three most important priorities that NAHCR should pursue during the next two years? Membership acquistion and retention, committee engagement, informative health care recruitment strategies (i.e., what works for your organization?)

As a member of the Board, how will you contribute to realizing these priorities? I will ensure we have sub-committees (informal project partners) tasked with action items to help contribute to our goal. For an example, identifying two members/volunteers to go out and research what other Boards and Organizations that hold conferences and affiliations do to enhance their membership count and grow their members and network. It's crucial that we stay relevant and not necessarily competitive.

What is your vision of how NAHCR can influence the practice of health care recruitment? I believe with a fresh focus on the different WORKFORCES we have today, we can provide guidance, share ideas and innovative practices, and continue to grow the NAHCR community.

How has your NAHCR membership contributed to your practice of health care recruitment? In my branding role, I found sharing my practices and what has worked for my organization, opened up many more conversations with others and discovered there's a true need across the nation for someone in recruitment marketing and branding engagement strategies.
