EXHIBIT BOOTH OPPORTUNITIES

Secure an 8' x 10' exhibit booth with two (2) complimentary representative registrations, lead retrieval, and pre- and post-Conference attendee lists. Please note, electricity is not included. New this year, each exhibitor package also includes one (1) year of NAHCR (Business Partner) Vendor Membership.

Party On, NAHCR! Drink Ticket Sponsorship – $550

Add some extra fun to NAHCR’s Thursday night “Party On, NAHCR!” themed party (inspired by Wayne’s World) by sponsoring drink tickets for attendees!

This à la carte sponsorship includes 15 drink tickets that can be distributed throughout exhibit hall hours to drive booth traffic and create additional attendee engagement before the event.

Sponsors receive:

  • DJ shout-out recognition during the Thursday night party
  • Virtual recognition in Whova leading up to and during the event
  • Event signage recognition for sponsors confirmed by June 22, 2026

IMPORTANT DEADLINES

March 30 Early-bird discount ends for exhibit space.
April 20 No refunds will be available for exhibit space cancellations received after this date.
June 15       Hotel cut-off date for room reservations. Advertisement artwork due, company description for final program due, deadline to submit exhibit and sponsorship application.

FAQs

How do I register to become a sponsor or exhibitor? 

Click the above link titled "Click Here to become an Exhibitor or Sponsor" to access the online registration form.  You will first need to log in to your NAHCR account or create an account to fill out the form.

If the sponsorship option you were interested in is not listed, it has already been reserved.  

You will need your company website, description, and logo readily available to complete the form.  For payment, you can pay via credit card using the online payment portal, or you can select the "invoice me" option to mail in a check.  An invoice will automatically be sent to the email used to register. 

How many attendees does NAHCR anticipate?

We typically have 175-200 attendees for our in-person NAHCR Conference.
