Are You a Trendsetter in Health Care Recruitment? Have you developed an innovative idea or best practice that could benefit others in the field of health care recruitment? Join us at NAHCR26 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to showcase your forward-thinking ideas to a community of recruitment professionals. This conference offers an opportunity to expand your network, build professional credibility, and strengthen your presentation skills. Bonus: Presenters presentations, if authorized, are published on the NAHCR website and promoted in NAHCR News, NAHCR’s bimonthly e-newsletter.
   
What We Are Looking For 
NAHCR seeks dynamic, practical, and action-oriented presentations for the 2026 conference. Attendees consistently express interest in sessions that both inspire and provide actionable strategies that can be implemented in their day-to-day work. 
Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
- Recruitment best practices and successful sourcing and hiring strategies;
 
- Preventing recruiter burnout and fostering resilience;
 
- Candidate communication strategies, including preventing ghosting and maintaining engagement with high requisition loads;
 
- Overcoming objections and leading with influence in candidate and hiring manager relationships; and
 
- Best practices that can be implemented immediately, as well as long-term strategic insights that may require additional planning or investment.
 
 
Speaker Eligibility and Benefits 
General and concurrent session speakers who are current Associate, Honorary, Active or Federal NAHCR members (health care recruitment or talent acquisition professionals) are eligible for the following benefit: 
- Complimentary conference registration
 
 
General and concurrent session speakers who are not current Associate, Honorary, Active or Federal NAHCR members are required to register for the conference at the full rate but will receive a complimentary NAHCR membership good through December 31, 2026 in place of complimentary registration. 
*Vendors are ineligible for the benefits and concessions outlined above. 
Call for Proposals 
If you have relevant experience, case studies, or innovative approaches that others in the health care recruitment field can learn from, NAHCR encourages you to submit a presentation proposal. We look forward to hearing your ideas and continuing to advance the field of health care recruitment together.
