EXHIBIT BOOTH OPPORTUNITIES

Secure an 8' x 10' exhibit booth with 6ft table, two (2) chairs, two (2) complimentary representative registrations, , and pre- and post-Conference attendee lists. Please note, electricity is not included. New this year, each exhibitor package also includes one (1) year of NAHCR (Business Partner) Vendor Membership.

Thursday Night Party Drink Ticket Sponsorship – $550

Add some extra fun to NAHCR’s Thursday night themed party by sponsoring drink tickets for attendees!

This à la carte sponsorship includes 15 drink tickets that can be distributed throughout exhibit hall hours to drive booth traffic and create additional attendee engagement before the event.

Sponsors receive:

  • DJ shout-out recognition during the Thursday night party
  • Virtual recognition in Whova leading up to and during the event
  • Event signage recognition for sponsors confirmed by June 22, 2027

NAHCR Business Partner Memberships are included with the purchase of exhibitor booths and sponsorships. This added value provides a full calendar-year membership, valid through December 31, 2027, at no additional cost.

March 30 Early-bird discount ends for exhibit space.
April 20 No refunds will be available for exhibit space cancellations received after this date.
June 14      Hotel cut-off date for room reservations. Advertisement artwork due, company description for final program due.

FAQs

How do I register to become a sponsor or exhibitor? 

Click the above link titled "Click Here to become an Exhibitor or Sponsor" to access the online registration form.  You will first need to log in to your NAHCR account or create an account to fill out the form.

If the sponsorship option you were interested in is not listed, it has already been reserved.  

You will need your company website, description, and logo readily available to complete the form.  For payment, you can pay via credit card using the online payment portal, or you can select the "invoice me" option to mail in a check.  An invoice will automatically be sent to the email used to register. 

How many attendees does NAHCR anticipate?

We typically have 175-200 attendees for our in-person NAHCR Conference.
